No. Distribution is a flat one-time fee, and your streaming and download royalties are 100% yours, always. The percentages listed above only apply to the optional add-ons, and only to the extra money those add-ons generate.
There isn't one. Publishing, sync, and monetization all cost nothing to turn on, and we only get paid a percentage of money we actually collect or generate on your behalf. If we don't find anything, you don't owe us anything.
Yes. Every service beyond distribution is opt-in. Plenty of AudioKey artists use distribution alone and never touch publishing, sync, physical, or monetize.
